NESCAFÉ AZERA By Design Competition
Coffee Escape is an abstract illustration of music and coffee. When I go to have a coffee, I sometimes create my artwork or study in the cafe. Music helps me to concentrate and being in my own world helps me to imagine the creative ideas that come into my mind. The connection is to emphasise the sense of escaping from reality. This demonstrates focusing on the aroma, which connects to the rhythm to convey movement and energy. It also has a tropical aspect because the coffee beans grows in tropical parts of the world.

Be curious.
The colours I have chosen are grey, cream and green all neutral but also earthy and natural colours that stands out while maintaining a modern and sophisticated look. The imagery are “cups with steam”, “musical notes”, “leaves”, and “leafy beans” all represent a connection between coffee and music.
Be excited.
I created my designs on Procreate on my iPad. When someone picks up my tin design, I want them to have a positive and memorable reaction and be curious or intrigued. I want them to be excited to try the product for themselves.
